• The quality of service is unbeatable, the 'vibe' of the space is welcoming and comfortable, and Nicole is the best waxer I have had the privilege to entrust w my skin. She is an expert in attention to detail and straggler hairs, she is firm but gentle with my skin, ans she is an amazing listener and a better friend. I look forward to every wax with her and when she's not available I wait until I can choose her for my full appointment.

• The service was done well and quickly. The place is clean and welcoming. The texts to confirm before appt confused me as it was my first visit which caused me to be 5 minutes late. The text implies to wait in your car until your called in. Despite that it was a great visit. I'm looking forward to visiting you all at the new location!
