• My experience truly starts from the second I walk into the door and the second I walk out of it. Every time I walk into Urban Waxx I am greeted with a smile. The facility is spotless, drinks and snacks are offered every single time. Nikky is incredibly professional and amazing at her job. She always makes me feel so comfortable.

• From the moment I walk in, I'm greeted with a warm welcome from the front desk. One of my favorite parts is being offered water, wine, and sometimes even snacks, such a thoughtful touch! You can tell that Urban Wax uses high-quality wax, which makes a big difference. My waxer, Bella, is absolutely amazing. She’s kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about what she does. On days when I’m feeling extra sensitive, she takes the time to guide me through deep breathing exercises, which really helps make the experience more comfortable. I would go any where else
