Friendly service from the front desk and the esthetician. Easy to rebook. Wax service is always done efficiently. Wax is a comfortable temp. Jasper is always thorough, inspects her work and gets the few hairs that held on through the wax with the tweezers. Clean environment - up front, in the room and in the restroom. I have recommended this business to my friends and will continue to recommend Urban Waxx.
