I was greeted promptly, on time, the store was meticulously clean, my technician was safe, she was thorough, staff was friendly, I didn't have to exchange money or even a card because they used what was on file. I have had an excellent experience every single time I visit this location. Their prices are reasonable and within market for the services they provide. I highly recommend Urban Waxx.
