From the moment I walked into the door, everyone was super kind, everything ran right on time. The atmosphere was very relaxing and inviting. Nicole was amazing. Hands down the best wax I've ever had. She was easy to talk to, funny and thorough. I've already recommended her to a few people. Urban Waxx may be a little bit pricier than other places but you get what you pay for and it was 100% worth it.
