It was a super welcoming and comfortable experience from the moment I walked in. I was greeted and asked if I needed something to drink or anything. Never did I feel anything but respect and I was immediately relaxed and excited for my appointment. Jasmine helped me with my first Brazilian and she is awesome! Super quick but thorough and very sweet. She makes the whole appointment feel like you're catching up with a friend. Will I recommend urban waxx to anyone and everyone? Absolutely! Thank you for making the guest experience phenomenal!
