Urban Waxx has always been a very comfortable place to be. Kayla was very friendly and did a great job with the wax! I have always enjoyed my experiences there and will continue to come back.

I love Nikki, so that would be enough right there, but in addition I get Excellent customer service, always. I forgot where my car was parked once and the staff went out of their way to assist me with finding it. Also I was canceled last minute last week but not informed-- a communication error, management compensated with a free waxing without me asking for any sort of compensation. Now that is some great customer service!
