• It was my first time getting a wax, the week before my wedding, and I was very anxious and initially felt out of place (I work in a warehouse and am a bit rough around the edges) Everyone was so welcoming and kind. Jasmine was gentle, friendly, and made me feel really comfortable. She worked quick, did a great job, and calmed me right down! Thanks to everyone ❤️

• Kayla made me feel very comfortable mentally and emotionally and I'm not even comfortable getting naked for my doctor let alone anyone else. However with Kayla I didn't feel intimidated or embarrassed even though im normally extremely self conscious. She was great and talking me down when it seemed like the pain was getting to be too much. She was patient and kind with me as well as very informative and a great conversationalist. The establishment was clean and with beautiful just to be in and to walk into. The mid was drink was appreciated too. Tasted lovely as well. All the staff had wonderful smiles. I really enjoyed my visit as horrifyingly painful it was for a first time Brazilian. Lol. Great Job Urban Waxx. And Kayla is amazing. Thank you guys.

• The lady who greeted me was super friendly, offering me drinks & candy while I waited. The person that waxed me was very nice and explained her decision making with regards to the shape of my brows, checking in that what she planned was what I wanted. Quick and kind, which is the perfect way to do this sort of thing!
