It was my first brazilian and I was *terrified* of being uncomfortable, being in pain, feeling judged—and my worries completely melted away the second we stepped in the room. I’ve had several friends who had to “shop around” to find their forever waxer, but I’m so lucky I found Chandler first try!

• Nicole is the best water I’ve ever had. I use to get rashes and lots of pain before Nicole. She does such a great job with my whole face! It’s unusual for me not to have constructive feedback but she does it just right. Like the building and diversity focus of Urban Wax, just wish there was on site parking.
