• I absolutely love Nikki L. She makes you feel comfortable and she is fast and efficient. The studio always is clean and inviting and the staff friendly. I’ve been coming to Urban Waxx since 2011 and now even though I live an hour away I still will only go to an UW studio.

• The esthetician was amazing in going about and beyond with customer service. Getting a brazilian/full leg wax can be uncomfortable and awkward. She helped me feel comfortable and distracted me from the pain by engaging in interesting conversation! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wax service.
