I chose a 10 because the very second I walked through the door, I was greeted with a nice pretty smile & instantly was asked if I wanted anything to drink or snack on 🙂 then I filled out a new guest form which was short and sweet! I didn’t have to wait long at all and that’s when I met Mary- my new waxier! She was so nice! She made me feel comfortable and we started talking like we’ve been friends for years! She did an amazing job! I’m so satisfied with my experience and the staff! 10/10 would recommend 😌
