10 all because of Stephanie. She is hands down one of the best waxers I've booked with. She's funnier than Kevin Hart easily so while she has to rip my pubes off I don't even mind cause she keeps me fully occupied. She can read the room know my mood & easily make it feel like we're at brunch & I'm not semi nude at all. She's an absolute YES in all categories & as long as she works there I'll keep my appointments!
