Extremely knowledgeable, professional staff. The estheticians have all been extremely careful and I have never had an issue post waxing (even though I have lupus and extremely sensitive skin). I highly recommend this well trained staff and we'll run company to anyone!

Jade is amazing! I'm suuuuuuper picky about my brows and nearly never let anyone else touch them (they're one of the things I get complimented on most when I'm photographed). But she hit my wants right on the head and was such a pleasure to be with. Looking forward to my next visit!

Susan was awesome, it was my husbands first time ever being waxed and he went 'all the way'. She made him feel comfortable and kept the discomfort level as low as possible. The accommodations were lovely, service was excellent--and again, Susan was amazing. We will be back.

I have ever only had positive experiences with UWD. The only thing I can think of is that I wish parking were easier, but that's got nothing to do with the folks at UW. <3 Love!!!
