I went in for a male Brazilian wax and let me tell you.. I was absolutely terrified. It was my first time and I didn't know what to expect. But as soon as we got started, Susan immediately put my nervousness and worries to rest! She took my mind off of the fact I was getting waxed! It was like having a conversation with an old friend, and before I knew it, I was done, and barely felt a thing! Definitely going to be my go-to place!

Love Urban Waxx! I was so touched that the lady I saw remembered me so well even though it was only my second appointment. She hands down does my brows better than anyone I've ever gone to. Love how she's talked though what we were going to do, what I was looking for. So friendly! I could go on and on but trust me once you go here you won't go anywhere else. ( and the free mimosa was a definite plus).

From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left the entire staff was friendly, attentive and professional. I can be a bit self conscious but I was made to feel very comfortable. It was a great experience.
