Anna was great. She was friendly and thorough. Urbanwaxx is my go to spot for waxing. I have my favorites esthiticians, however almost everyone I have seen has been great.

Diane never fails to give me exactly what I ask for and make the experience quick and painless. She also is a great conversationalist and always remembers what's going on in my life and asks me about it. I made the mistake of seeing someone else one time and it took months to get my eyebrows back of what they used to be. I hope she stays forever so I never have to see anyone else. Love love love.

Appointments are always easy to make and on time. The staff are helpful, kind, and competent aestheticians. The shop space is beautifully kept and they have jelly beans!

When I first walked through the door I could instantly feel a good vibe. The receptionist was super friendly and attentive. My wait was only a minute and I was taken in quick. I only got my eyebrows done, but it was a great experience. Jenna, the one who attended me, knew what she was doing. Friendly, energetic and does the job right. Definitely will be going back.

Urban Waxx scheduled me same day and everything was wonderful. Offered drinks and snacks while I waited a moment, then Sadie did a quick and thorough job. She's awesome. The hard wax they use is great and didn't hurt at all. All the while they let my 9yr old wait happily with a cup of OJ and trail mix. A real find. I'll go back and hope Sadie is available again. :)

Erin was very thorough and easy to talk to (which always makes a Brazilian go faster!). She was awesome and it's definitely the best wax I've ever had (and I've had many).
