My first time @ urban waxx - I've been to the other waxing 'chain' in pdx and I really liked this better. Staff was nice and the treats while you're waiting are awesome - definitely recommend Erin - made my Brazilian fairly painless @

I have been coming for a couple years now to see Diane. She is absolutely amazing, gentle when waxing, and makes you feel so comfortable that you forget your being waxed! Instead, it seems I am visiting with a friend " catching up !" I recommend her to everyone!

Wren totally gives the personal touch that makes me want to come back! I was an original Urban Waxx customer years ago and, to be honest, I didn't totally appreciate some of the shifts to online booking, etc... As the salons got busier, I started feeling like it was a big corporate ordeal and for a couple of years went elsewhere. In a pinch, I was able to get in for an appointment a few months ago that happened to be with Wren. She made such a difference, and I've been requesting her ever since. It's fun to see her, and she provides excellent and efficient service. She even convinced me to try a brow tint and I left feeling super confident.
