This was my first time using Urban Waxx and the minute I walked in the door, their customer service shined! Friendly employees greeted me, offered drinks, explained the procedure and made me feel at home. My experience with Marisa O was wonderful-she did a great job on my brows and was very professional but also very warm and attentive to my needs.
