Susan is awesome and does excellent waxing service. Always very professional and great to talk to. Front desk staff is great. Salon is spotless with fun goodies to buy. Appointments are 100 percent on time, and champagne is something I look forward to every time.

I alway have a uniform positive experience when I come to UW.
