Anna is professional but still personable. She's crazy fast, and always amazing. Whenever I get a wax, I go home and sit down with oil and tweezers to remove remaining wax and pluck any errant hairs. With Anna, there's hardly any residue, and I have never found more than 3 hairs. So she's pretty amazing. And everyone else I've dealt with has been kind, professional, and made every interaction as easy as possible.
