I loved the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and getting my first wax ever Anna who was my waxer was very helpful, and made my the experience alot more comfortable then I thought it would be.

The woman who take the appointments and welcome you in are always polite and very nice. They explained the Covid rules very clearly. I also really appreciated the warning of the road work and the parking issues in the area. It made me plan ahead. I arrived in the area earlier than I usually do, so I could drive around to find a parking spot. Jevon, who I go to for my waxing, is very professional, and very safe, by wearing a face shield and mask. I appreciate that. All in all I will always come to this store.
