Always a fantastic experience. The waxxers are friendly and professional, and the environment is clean and serene. They're doing a great job managing appt intake during Covid. I'll never go anywhere else.

I've been coming to urban Waxx for about 2 years now and never have j felt like I didn't belong. My esthetician kept me informed on what was going and step by step of what we'd be doing. One other thing I loved so much was sometimes people get nervous going to these 1:1 appoints because they feel the need to talk through that entire thing. During my most recent appointment, she answered my questions and she did her thing and I did mine. It was one of my top appoints I've been to definitely!! This salon never lets me down :)
