Kiera was amazing. She removed an ingrown hair under my eyebrow that had plagued me for months, maybe even years. Her enthusiasm about my brow potential was infectious and her suggestion to add a brow tint to my service left me with the most amazing looking brows I've ever had. Urban Waxx is not conveniently located to my new apartment but I'll come back every time to see her.
