This is the second time I’ve seen Jade and the first time at this location. Jade was kind, professional and a joy to just catch up with. She made me feel incredibly comfortable while getting waxxed, constantly checked in with my comfort level and made sure I had everything I needed. She was great.

I appreciate the consistency clean, comfortable and professional environment that Urban Waxx provides. I have years of experience waxing my own legs but once I found Urban Waxx 14 years ago I've never been disappointed and I've never gone back to doing it myself!
