This is the second time I’ve seen Jade and the first time at this location. Jade was kind, professional and a joy to just catch up with. She made me feel incredibly comfortable while getting waxxed, constantly checked in with my comfort level and made sure I had everything I needed. She was great.

I appreciate the consistency clean, comfortable and professional environment that Urban Waxx provides. I have years of experience waxing my own legs but once I found Urban Waxx 14 years ago I've never been disappointed and I've never gone back to doing it myself! Jade was especially accommodating to my particular needs this time. She made my experience relaxing and pleasant, she was fast and thorough. I would happily return for the next time again!
