Elle was fantastic - getting a bikini wax is pretty unpleasant any way you slice it, but she made me feel so comfortable, she was very fast and it was substantially less painful than other salons I've been to. Also, I so appreciate that this salon has parking, which is more and more rare these days. Urban Wax is great because you can always count on their spaces to be clean and lovely and I love the products they carry. No complaints!
