People there were friendly and helpful even though it was my first time visiting! I didn't feel dumb or like I didn't belong there. They also updated my reservation to use my preferred name without me even having to ask, which I really appreciated. The cold La Croix afterwards was a nice touch :). Also, amazing results, like 100% what I wanted, even though I couldn't precisely describe it. I look forward to my next appointment and being able to leave the fate of my brows in the hands of professionals.
