Story always does an awesome job! I also appreciate that when I unknowingly got scheduled with the wrong esthetician, that when I showed up and found out, I got rescheduled with Story immediately to see her next day, with no problems at all. I’m a shy person and it takes time for we to feel comfortable around new people, and appreciate how accommodating you all were to reschedule. I appreciate it!
