This was my first time to Urban Waxx. Lily was my waxer for multiple services and she did a wonderful job. A lot of hair was removed and she was quite thorough in certain areas where hair can get trapped. She was very attentive and warmed the wax to my comfort level. Friendly, mature disposition, and professional! What more can I ask from a waxer! :) Thank you, Lily! I highly recommend her. 👍 👍
