Janelle is a wonderful person and an excellent esthetician (waxer). She did a fantastic job and made me comfortable. She fulfilled my request, just as I asked, leaving clean lines and an even triangle that was balanced and not at all crooked, the way it is sometimes, when waxers only look at it from one side. We had a line that was a little off, and she fixed it perfectly. Thank you Janelle! <3
