Staff noted me in the parking lot and sent a text to start the check-in process early. I was in and out before my scheduled appointment time! Every aesthetician I have ever met at Urban Waax had been professional, calm, kind and made me comfortable. This time, the aesthetician was careful to check in to make sure my expectations were understood before the process, and met afterward.
