Rylee W is amazing! I’ve been seeing her for a while now and refuse to let anyone else do my brows. She listens to what I’m looking for and remembers the next time. She’s always upbeat, friendly, and makes the process feel comfy and relaxed. Front desk staff are also always friendly and immediately helpful upon walking in. And anytime I’ve needed to call to make changes, the person on the phone is super kind and helpful. Plus I love the credits I build and getting to use those toward future waxes! Overall really wonderful customer service.
