• Absolutely loved the ILR!! I do have some feedback! The girl working had a lot going on with customers and working by herself, so we did not get adequate instructions and it all felt rushed, especially with the sauna. I had no idea how to use it and felt like I wasted time trying to figure it out. At the end nothing was mentioned about packages and I received a call the next day asking for payment info for my sauna...which I had given at check in. As a plus size woman (size 18) I found the sauna too small and uncomfortable as it touched my skin directly in most places. I think there should be information listed somewhere about its size accommodations; however I am basing my high score on the ILR alone--it was fantastic and super helpful.
