• Great massage. Zoe was excellent.

• I didn't think remedial massage would help as much as it did. I have a frozen shoulder via Parkinson;'s disease and arthritis. The first day was brilliant. Remedial Massage. Next day was painful but drank lots of water and did a very low key Pilates class. Felt good again. Had more ease of movement till day 5, today. The freedom of movement has been fantastic. Can't believe the Doc wanted me on the cortisone treatment. Also wish to thank my friend Peta Barker, who is one of your clients, for referring me.
