• Welcoming & helpful front of house staff. Accomodating when there are unforeseen delays or mixups, eg ensuring I had a massage when I arrived on a date I had booked but had not been registered correctly in the system. Pleasant sitting area. I appreciate the hot herbal drink, wellbeing magazines & restful atmosphere. Those providing the massages are caring, competent & personalise the experience. Massage room facilities are private, comfortable & conducive to relaxation. The music is well chosen & enhances the experience for me. The hot towels at the end are a welcomed bonus. I like to be able to sit a while after the massage & not feel pressure to rush off. I look forward to the whole experience. A great service which I confidently & highly recommend to my friends.
