• Excellent customer service above and beyond. It was a very hot day and Patrick thoughfully put a towel over my window for me when I was in the massage. then afterwards brought a bottle of cool water out to me when he took it off the screen in the nearby accessible parking bay. Staff always have the table ready at a height I can transfer from wheelchair to bed easily. Massage reaches the right areas to relieve stiffness. They know when to talk and when to let me relax.
