• Respectful. Friendly. Acknowledge past visits. Recognised I had been unable to get there so willing to put membership on hold until I can catch up again. Check for clarification and understanding. Polite. Met needs for the massage points I needed attended to. Offered fresh water and hot towel without me needing to ask for it at end. Greeted at start and end.
