• Kelsey listened and focused on the areas my muscles needed. At the end, she gave me suggestions for stretching to alleviate tension in that area. The studio isalways clean, tasteful, and relaxing. I noticed earplugs offered for noise if needed. As I walked in and out all staff were very welcoming and friendly.

• The environment was welcoming and the staff was friendly. She also took extra care to avoid areas I identified as too sensitive and addressed where I needed the most attention. The heated table was amazing and I felt comfortable on the table as she kept me professionally covered at all times. Booking was easy, the website was informative and easy to use. Value was there for the price, but it was a bit pricy. I did not care for the locked front door as most people, including myself, didn't read the sign and made a louder noise trying open the locked door than just walking in.
