Ismael (Fra) did such a great job. He was very motivated, spoke loud and clear and created a fantastic third segment on the floor that I have not done before. AWESOME!

I love the intensity of the class and the whole setting. However, I didn’t all the time feel safe, due to the little space and the intensity /tiredness of the participants. You can easily get insured if someone loses balance and occupies your space while you are lying on the floor for example and can’t see him/her.
