Training is great and I liked the overall experience. The dressing rooms and bathrooms are too full and I needed to wait to get to my locker for 5 minutes because it was sooo crouded in there. The training really hit and I feel great. However, for people who are not as sporty I would not recommend it as the trainer does not really have time to correct and check for right movements. For me perfect, but maybe not for all of my friends.
