The instructors are excellent. They always ask how your body is doing and if you have any concerns before starting the session. I need a good deal of direction and they are always patient, and very adept at explaining the exercise. I always feel challenged, but get a ton of positive encouragement as well as feedback. This is a wonderful studio and I would highly recommend it. *I am not an exercise fan but they have had me as a faithful client 2 times a week for close to a year now*
