This is my go to place for a deep tissue massage

I leave 5K stars for the masseuse Alvaro Santos! He's literally the best masseuse I've ever been touched by. No exaggeration.
The biggest flaw was Mariela dropped the ball on my appointment by leaving off my requested add on, that we spoke about in great detail. I forgot the previous time. And UDS forgot this time. And no accommodations were offered or given at request. Like a bath add on, for upcoming visits.

This could've been a flawless visit!

I have been a client of UDS for many years. I generally book a 90 min massage every month, but I have enjoyed a number of their packages as well. To date I have done: 1) the Royale, 2) the Urban, 3) the Journey. They are all lovely, but my very favorite is the Urban. It includes: 1) a clay body masque, 2) a 90min massage 3) a classic facial. This package is my favorite because their Vichy shower is the ultimate place to relax! It is spacious, it is comfortable, and with 5 shower heads pouring water over you at once--it is an instant trip to Heaven! Prices are very affordable and the therapists working there have been there for years--an excellent value and an excellent experience! Time for me to book my next massage...

I highly recommend this place to relax with your special someone. We went for a couples treatment and we love it. Friendly staff and very clean.

Best massages I have found in Houston. The place is always clean and neat. It is not as close to me as other locations, but this is the place where I don't mind the drive to get a good massage. All the massage therapists are very well trained.

I'd like to start off by saying that this review is not towards any of the massage therapists. I've been here many times and have had almost all great experiences. Although today was slightly different.

There are flyers around the facility promoting their promotions. I attached the photo for reference. My wife and I came in and received one of the packages on the flyer. At the end when I went to pay, I was charged the regular price. I mentioned the promotion as one of the flyers was by the front desk and was told that it started on Monday 11/16. This was VERY misleading as the promotion does not state a start date only end dates of 11/30 and 12/31, so I was under the impression that it was a current promotion.

I paid and gave no argument, but I don't feel like they should be promoting any specials without being clear with their promotion dates.

I have been coming here for years.
Alvero is one of the best therapist and is you have time, book a session with him and you will see for yourself.

*late post.. Ive being going to urban day spa, Copperfield for years . I've been disappointed and always walk out of there feeling relex and refreshed. However on 6/26/20 I had an appt for a sports massage. I walked in, completed paperwork, told the male staff to charge my card on file, then went to the back for my massage. My massage was wonderful however as I was prepared to leave, a different staff person ( a women) accused me of not paying in front of several other guest. I explained I communited to the male staff upon my arrival that they could charge the card on file. The women left and went to find the male staff whom again accused me of not paying. I went from being relaxed to being embarrassed and irritated. Once I again I told them to charge the card on file. Thereafter, I got a email receipt on my phone of the charge.

This was a distasteful experience and I'm not sure I'll return.

The staff was very cold and business like. Not at all what I expect from a spa. I will never go there again. The massage was very average.
