I enjoy all of the instructors and their motto of "it's your work out". I really appreciate this with being a plus size woman that has always struggled with my weight. I love that I can go into class and not be judged for what I can and can't do. I also enjoy the community environment. I do wish that there were more a few more options for class times for the Barre and HIIT classes but I all around enjoy coming to your facility!!
