Friendly welcoming atmosphere. Unpretentious focused space. AND Important for me - my trainer, Hugo. I very much appreciate Hugo's ability to adapt on the fly and modify exercises when something goes sideways, to be vigilant for signals which I might shrug off or push through but which impact function and the ability to complete sets.
