I was generally very happy with my experience. I like the cosy feel of a smaller gym. The change rooms were intimate and quite nice. The towels are soft and absorbent, I enjoyed the spa feel and smell of the shampoo, conditioner and lotion. My spin class was very good.

Gym was clean and tidy Other attendees were respectful and kind Shannon was absolutly wonderful and ticked all the boxes. I've worked in gyms for a very long time and your environment, selected machines and placement of equipment is good.
