• Dana is awesome. It is evident that she is committed to her clients through her stellar work each and every service. However, I do wish that she would incorporate more incentives for her clients especially the regulars. For example, it would be nice if she implemented some sort of point system that allows money off, something that would make clients feel excited or special about being members of the Urbaine Oasis establishment. Or some type of punch card system that allows money off on the 6th visit. Also I would like more privacy during checkout time especially in terms of awarding gratuity, so instead of reciting the amount aloud I’d like to do it manually. So more use of the white kiosk iPad thing would be nice.
