• Uptown yoga is the best yoga experience I have ever had. The teachers are knowledgeable and dynamic, the studio is lean and inviting and the cost is relatively affordable. Theres a sign outside ht studio that says "you belong here" and I truly feel like I do. Alex is the BEST teacher I have EVER had. I always say Im her yoga groupie!! I love Uptown Yoga with all my heart!
