I look forward to attending Advanced Yoga with Danielle weekly on Saturday mornings. Danielle challenges us to transition into advanced poses in our flow however modifications are always a great option with excellent instruction for both. Danielle's class is an amazing inspirations and start to the weekend.

The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and very welcoming. My first time visiting, everyone was so nice and helpful and nothing has changed. Emily took time to learn my name after my first visit and recognizes me when I walk into the studio, which always makes me smile. Uptown Yoga is a warm and welcoming and judgement free environment which is exactly what I was looking for.
