Always feel very welcome and instructors address me by my name. Lisa this past Saturday asked me what area of my body needed help in restoration before a deep stretch class. There were only 3 of us in the class so I felt that she knew that she could afford to ask that question. I have been very impressed with all the instructors and you can tell that they all have a passion for what they teach.
