For someone who hasn't gone to Yoga in a very long time, what an incredible experience and absolutely love the instructor's calm voice and gentle demeaner--was so soothing. His explanation, up front, of what to expect really helped when a few triggering moments occurred and I was able to regulate and get through it. More please in Austin Ranch!
