• Everyone at Upper West is kind and courteous. The various treatments and the skills of the practitioners are of the highest quality - massage by Myra, facial by Marta and pedicure (name, please?) - and the women at the front desk too are kind and caring. i couldn't be more pleased to have been introduced to Upper West Spa by my son as a mother's day gift a year ago. He did his research, and found exactly the right place for me.
