• Would have been 10 except for not being informed in advance of what level of facial I would be getting and how much it would cost. Also lacking was instructions on how to use the creme that was given to me with the mask: before or after wearing the mask? Otherwise it would be a 10 Johanna is brilliant and I will definitely come again.
