• Magdalena has awesome hands, really knows what she is doing, and is social just right (not boring and not too chatty). I like that I am always offered a cup of tea. The front desk person (don't know her name) always makes you feel very welcome. At the end, I am offered various products and get very enthusiastic answers to any of my questions, but I never feel pressured to spend more than I am comfortable with. And I am always treated with dignity and respect regardless of how much I am paying today or how often I come (so not the case at some spas!) and I really like the Halloween 🎃 with a hydration mask on it. That's really cute and funny!
